Santander is a Spanish Bank from Spain. (known to have quite a bit of idiotic people) Check how many complaints online. Over 1.25 million. |
| 2. Written by nikalseyn on July 19, 2011 from kalamazoo, michigan, US thanks for the info. I dropped AmEx a few years ago when I called to ask a questions and sat on hold; got someone who did not seem to understand English very well; and then could not give me an answer to my question---which was really a simple one concerning my due date. Anyway, I too went with the free, no fee Visa issued by my bank. These days the ability to get ahold of someone who speaks English and can handle my problem is the deciding factor in my relations with ANY company. Anyone who puts me thru hoops does not need my business. |
