Cymax charged us $190.00 to return/restock 6 bar stools that we cancelled and Cymax shipped them anyway. I refused the delivery at the door. I then opened a dispute with Amex and they simply ignored my faxes and agreed with Cymax. Amex operators are trained to side with you and tell you Amex will fight for you, but it is all BS... ![]() |
