American Express must nott have made my request that my address be changed on 10 25-11 correctly they told me I had to go to a Bank and verify my identy. I've been a customer since 1977, I have never received such poor treatment. The gentle mans name I dealt with today Was Tobie. When I told him I was an invalid recovering from throat cancer he said I still had to go to the Bank. HOW TOBIE? You gerk.
