So after 25 years, amex cancelled my credit card for "inactivity"., didn't notify me, I even called to make sure it was working, and activated it!!! I reached mexico, and no credit card! It took me 15 calls to customer service and "there was nothing they could do".. except have me reapply and send a new cc to my home in the us. Thanks a lot--and their msg center has been down since sunday. (no reflection on some of the nice agents who tried to help but had to follow policy--gee amex would you do the same to your wife/daughter? 12864c8
