Used deceptive ads when promoting Mother's Card flower with promotion code "Prager." Stated $19.95 plus tax, no mention of extra shipping charges Received bill from American Express, three separate charges exceeding $40 each for the three orders. Called to complain and they said that the ad stated plus shipping, not the truth. Flowers were sub standard, never purchase from them!

I am hoping that American Express can correct this problem I also intend to let Dennis Prager know that the message he recorded on their behalf was misleading. Please post similar complaints so others are aware of this shame. 1286777

How the heck do you go through an entire checkout process online or over the phone and not get a total at the end?
