I have spoken with at least 6 American Express Representatives. 3 of those 6 have initiated calls to my bank - JP Morgan Chase.

On all 3 occassions the bank has verified all payments made to my AMEX Delta Reserve Card. All 3 agents have been surprised to learn of the error on behalf of AMEX yet this is still not resolved. As of this writing I have been on hold for 1:07:24 waiting for a supervisor. AMEX has FAILED TO RECOGNIZE MY $5000 PAYMENT!

This has been going on for 6 days. I have been disconnected multiple times, hung up on and completely ignored. The account managers are totally inept! This has impeded my ability to run my business.

I have PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY! I am so upset I am filing a $50,000,000 lawsuit!
