Every time I call they gave me the wrong answer about my statement and the balance due and then I find out I'm right and they're wrong it never seems to add up properly then I tried to log in today again the site is having an issue I went to pay the balance I always pre schedule and it keeps coming up with the wrong date I tried to change it won't allow me. I always pre schedule to make sure it's paid on that day then you wind up calling and unfortunately they're backed up with the phone calls I wonder why I can imagine all the complaints this is the worst I don't have any problems with any of the other business transaction with other credit cards only with American Express they're going to be long gone from me I'm just biding my time. I called the corporate office left a message they will dare call me they don't want to hear me tell them about the situation that's fine it only makes them look more guilty they have no real answers so why bother it continues in the same Saga.
