American Express - Terrible customer service and fraud.

5/3/2018 asked a question about the mobil app. And got do i want my cards deactivated. Never got my $200 sign up. Mass confusion with any communication on their end. Answers and questions that are not even relevant to the sybject. I hate this card. I will only keep it open for credit purposes. Nothing else. Ever. In fact i cant wait to close the damn thing.
