Have been trying to get them on the phone for over 24 hours. Double charged on every purchase for the past week. 3 times --on hold for over 1 1/2 hours each time, every other time get a message that they are handing technical difficulties.

I will you well and I hope this is resolved soon. I've never had such a situation, but I am sure it is quite the ordeal.

I also hope your legitimate complaint is not ignored because of all the asinine "complaints" that are made up by people in order to get free stuff, both on this site and in real life.

Currently on hold for the 4th time, at 48 minutes and counting. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Because of the double charges, it has over drawn my account, caused embarrassment and several problems that must be resolved. I will probably cancle my account after this. Wow, now they just disconnected the call.

Here we go again.
