I have both a Platinum & Everyday Cash card.All of a sudden my Everyday Cash card limit is lowered with no explaination.

When I called, I was transferred to India. Why does someone in India have control of my credit line in America I’ll never know. So I have to send my check stub to them to prove that I make what they think is enough. But in the meantime my platinum card with no limit is fine.

Makes no sense. 7-10 days later I get a letter that says that I don’t get my limit restored. This whole lowering of my limit was done by an automated system they say. I told them when I close my accounts that it will be done by a human being.

They have become “UnAmerican Express”.Never again will I use them.
