I have been a member of the Platinum Card since 1967 and recently had a situation with a merchant who misrepresented their services. I sent Amex all the back up and they turned down the claim and I was told that there was no way to discuss this even though my support was evidence in my favor.
Do yourself a favor and save the money because this company is not there to help. I would appreciate some other people who have had similiar promlems with Amex to add to this site.Noone should pay $650.00 per year with no support
