American Express - Customer service from credit line increase department :
Customer service representative name: Vivek, has indian accent.
I requested a credit line increase and received an email notice requesting me to contact customer service. I spoke with vivek who start the conversation with a very rude and aggressive voice.
He don't why I received the email, he didn't want me to speak with his supervisor or with a different customer representative personal. I requested him to transfer me to his supervisor but he transferred me a wrong line....
Am just pissed off with american express for having this type of individual in there customer service center. I am hoping that the person is spoke is not stationed in india.
