I was promised a replacement card by 6/13/17 I call on 6/14 to follow up and Amex said it was never mailed. Now the rep apologize d and promised that I will receive it by 10:00am 6/15.

11:00am I called Amex to follow up and once again the card was still processing. It's really a problem for me because not only did we miss to purchase the desired air fare sale I also took off work to receive my card that some how was never mailed. Once before they allowed me to go to the store call them and give the amount of the purchase for my business and they processed it and closed it back. The Rep Edward 39215 was so very insensitive to it all was very bad.

He never made me feel like he cared for me as a customer. He never offered any rewards nothing.

In this day It seems pretty antiquated that it takes almost a week to get a replacement card out. It's really time to take my business to a company that cares.
