American Express said I signed up for paperless statements which I did not.Refused to rectify it and would not send me my statements by mail.

Disregarded countless telephone calls and kept saying 7 to 10 days. Never received them. I am totally disgusted with you people with your customer services people in India who cannot understand me and I cannot understand them. You keep lying to me and keep saying 7 to 10 days.

Enough already. My next payment is due Feb 1 and no statement. I can't wait to cancel my card which after all the aggravation I have been though, will be my day to rejoice. No wonder costco dropped you.

Why don't you look up my acct and recorded phone calls?

Then you will know why people drop you.Oh why don't you hire English speaking workers???
