October 4 / 2017 I was given the OK by Amex customer service to Charge Gift cards from My place of Buisness on My Platinum Card . A few days later the Credit department called and put all My cards on hold until.

I tried to explain I got the Ok but they would have none of it Every time to call in they reroute Your call to the credit dept You are not allowed to talk to anyone else Numerous phone calls back and forth resolved nothing After 20 Years as a Customer I was treated like a Criminal They are not open for Small Buisness ! Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Being treated like a criminal.
