according to the letter I have acccount with american express ending in 1009, which is not true I do not have debt and account ending in 1009

you are messed up with last name

I and whoever owes debt have same last name it happens to be choi

but we do not have same first name

I want you to fix this problem asap otherwise I have to call my lawyer about your action
