I lost my card on 12/20/2013. A new card was never sent. You rejected my Social Security deposit on 12/24/2013. I called again. This time you overnight mailed me a new card. My SS deposit is still not in, leaving me in bad shape w/no money and no heating oil. I can't get my truck inspected all because you have people answering the phones for Bluebird w/really poor English skills.I have no idea when I'll get my check. I opened my account w/you because I thought you were a more reliable company. It appears my account is not that important to you. I'm retired and disabled. You really screwed me up. I doubt if I'll hear back from you, but at least I had my say. Next time I close my account, no big loss for you. I'm a little guy. I realize that.
