Sadly the same exact incident just happened to me on 7/11/2018 I wS told by American Express Fraud Two that the person wS one of their inside people and that I should receive my refund within 10 business days but the following day I received an email saying I violated section 15d...im wondering how by having my payroll directly deposited the only violation was this Christian Rincon@gmail.com that stole my funds off my card. If you ask me I think that a default message they send out after they scam their customers we are not in violation we are victims of a scam supported a9nd protected by American Express Serve
