About a credit application, I just filled out

Well, I was on Credit Karma and they said I had outstanding approval with credit one bank for American Express card and I did their survey filled out the application then all of a sudden I dont even know where I stand with this application Im trying to find out what number do I call to find out what happened?

Frozen card

I wish there had been a way to resend the order to cancel my credit card when I found it an hour after I canceled it, but I was told there was no way to resend the cancel

Funds that was not deposited in my account or mailed

Mr. Leslie Banks, I requested One Thousand dollars from my account, to service my truck, I'm with out Transportation. I spoke to a Representative via phone, she was supposed to send me a check in the mail.

Fraud

I have an account with Experian Credit Monitoring Service; I monitor my account regularly. When I received an alert that I had a new account with American Express, I became concerned and reached out to an American Express representative and discovered I was added as an authorized user on the new account, which I was aware of but forgot I was being added to the account.

I sent an AMEX gift card to my daughter. When she tried to redeem, it indicated that was in properly activated. It was automatically activate it at the register at CVS.

I opened a $10000.00 saving account and transferred $10000.00 from my checking account to American Express account. email confirmed they transferred $10000.00 to AM account. to my shocking surprise they took 2x $10000.00 from my account! Today, 3 days later, I'm still trying to get them resolved to no avail! A bank can willy-nilly took extra money from my account?!nono
