I sent an AMEX gift card to my daughter. When she tried to redeem, it indicated that was in properly activated. It was automatically activate it at the register at CVS.

I am needing help opening up a online checking account, but every time I go to apply it is wanting me to enter a 15 digit card number or a four digit pin number and I have never received anything like that to even be able to begin to apply for a bank account

my complaint is that I cant use my serve visa credit card because the money is still pending from the merchant or the person I bought it from and I keep trying to contact customer service and its not giving me people to talk to.

Had to cancel trip due to war in Israel/Gaza. Amex was worthlesss in trying to get refund or flight credit with airline.

To make it worse, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in customer service with authority to assist.

Ive been with American special for 30 years $50,000 a month to 100 hundred000 dollars a month sometimes $1 million a year paid in full loyalty for 30 years my invoice is due on the 20th. I paid it on the 20th but they did not post it till the 21st so they charged me $1000 interest, I called thinking that would be no problem getting this resolved and taking off my statement.

They wouldnt take it off they refused. I called many times. Supervisors still refused, so looks like Ill be ripping up my card.

Never use it again. Good way to treat your loyal customer, you guys suck.

So I did get scammed out of my money thinking I had a buyer on Poshmark and they told me to use an American Express card, so I gave them up $200/$500 in the gift cards and this is the money I didn't have to begin with because I had to borrow money from family members and so when I went to call customer service about this issue the lady said they couldn't do anything about it because the money was already taken from them.
