I had a serve account for about 2 years. Had my check direct deposited and used it for things like groceries and gas.
In the span of one month my card (2 different ones) were used at the same gas station. It was all resolved. On Thursday I received an email saying my account was closed because I was in violation of Section 15D. Since that time I have made 10 phone calls.
NO ONE can tell me the specifics for the closure, the account balance or when I will get my money back. There was $900 in the account.
I am furious. I cannot get through to a supervisor.
