I called Amex today to resolve a problem.I was transfer 5 times through a call center in the Philippines, those people have no clue about what professional customer service is.

They kept on transferring my call from customer service to the credit dept- billing dept, then back to customer service, it was ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

After waiting for 1 and a half hours I ended up filing a complaint with a supervisor named Mike Asis who didn't have any idea what to do either.This company is nothing but a big headache, do yourself a favor a do not open accounts with Amex as they do not care it all about their customers and are completely unprofessional!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Worst customer service.
