What the *** is wrong with this country. I filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding a charge that was supposedly settled and still appeared on my American Express account.
They retaliated by changing their opinion of the disputed charge in the vendor favor. The letter had numerous false claims. I guess that what happens when you been doing business with American Express since 1994.
Today's consumer has no protection. The CFPB works for the big corporations rather than the citizens of this country.
